Celebrate Early: Food, Fun & Fireworks at Westfield Trumbull

Making Friends at Trumbull Day

We took advantage of the sunny weather this weekend and enjoyed a Saturday afternoon at Trumbull Day. Rides, wild animals, games, good food – what’s not to like? Can you spot my 2yo and I shaking hands with a new (and very tall) friend? Hope you enjoyed this glorious weather!

Puppet Show at Noon Today
The Art of Puppetry Series: Puss in Boots presented by the Fairfield Arts Council tomorrow from 11am to noon. Ages 5 & up suggested. $5 per person at the door. General admission. Immediately after the show pick up a free healthy snack from Whole Foods of Norwalk and come to FAC to create your own puppet craft designed by Educational Warehouse. ALL FREE with price of admission!
Family Festival in Trumbull
Trumbull Day 2009 on Friday, June 26 from 6pm to 10pm and on Saturday, June 27 from 2pm to 10pm. The family festival features great food, music performances, Kids Zone that includes a juggler, pony rides, Ronald McDonald, and more. Fireworks take place on Saturday at 9:15 PM. There is a small admission fee. Kids in strollers get in free.
