Mark your calendar for “Touch A Truck” on Sunday, September 20, from noon to 4pm at Fairfield Ludlowe High School on 785 Unquowa Road.
Kids will get their kicks at this family-friendly event, whether it’s climbing aboard a cement mixer, peering inside a police cruiser or squeezing into a smart car. A fundraiser for the Junior Women’s Club of Fairfield, the “Touch A Truck” will also feature food vendors, a vehicle play area for the little ones, and more. Proceeds to benefit scholarships for Fairfield high school students.
Tickets are $5 per person, ages 1 and up; maximum $20 per family. For more information, visit www.jwcfairfield.com. Rain date is September 27.
If you have a cool truck or vehicle (and some time) to “donate” to the fundraiser, please call Cheryl at (203) 254-4660.
