Calling All Mac & Cheese Lovers

After much anticipation all summer long, MacDaddy’s Macaroni & Cheese Bar finally opened earlier this month.  And it was certainly worth the wait!  MacDaddy’s serves over 25 varieties of gourmet macaroni & cheese, such as Mac Monte Cristo (with black forest ham and smoked gouda), Mac Lobster (with fresh Maine lobster, asiago, lemon zest, garlic toasted bread crumbs, topped with mozzerella) and Mac French Onion (with gruyere, caramelized onions & applewood smoked bacon). Of course, there is also the traditional mac & cheese called the Mac USA. See the full menu.

There are only four tables plus a long counter with six seats. All the seats were taken when we were there so we did take-out. You can order in three different sizes. Portions are generous and made for sharing. We even had yummy leftovers.
