Local Children’s Musician Reaches Out To Community to Make Dream a Reality

Local family musician, Jeffrey “THE BOSSY FROG BAND” Friedberg, is seeking to make a Cajun, Bluegrass, Rockabilly, Jazz, Latin, African Drumming, Folk, Blues, Rock and Country CD of 15 Classic Kid’s Songs using all amazing local musicians! He is appealing to the community to help him make the CD by using Kickstarter to help fund the project. He needs to presell 400 copies of the CD and then he can make it a reality. The CD is a true representation of his community’s cultures and he wants to interpret the old children’s classics reflecting the current world in which kids are growing up.
The kickstarter campaign runs until Nov. 1st and if he doesn’t reach his preset goal he gets….nothing. Please check out the video about his project.
Jeffrey performs over 200 shows per year and has performed for over 100,000 people with THE BOSSY FROG BAND. He has independently recorded 7 CDs of music for children and families.
